Medical staff suggestions

in relation to injuries and preventing them, I would like to ask if there are more people who would like to have the following in a future game.

In the training screen under the heading rest, you can adjust the intensity of training, among other things. The medical staff also gives advice on which intensity to follow, but this does not change automatically. I'd really like this option to be added, because I now have to check back at every stop because the advice might have changed again, causing hassle with unnecessary light training, etc.
