niy Posted November 24, 2023 Share Posted November 24, 2023 You can give youth promises but how about trying to help a player with his targets or personal goals for the week or month and don't let it effect to much on his next games or towards manager but just an extra milestone if you like 0.02% for a week if he dont get percentage of pass completion.. like a manager promise but a player wants 6 shots in 2 games and wants atleast 4 on target he could hit 8 shots with 3 on target is he happy with the milestone for that week I dont know but don't let it be such a big impact when a player's target fails it's more of a milestone weekly or monthly.. really do like the sound of this one tbh I have many more ideas but this one would look and be great and you know that you will get the best out of you players with there personality, traits, attributes and a few personal targets..
