anyway i can change this from 4 to 3 on the editor.

I tried using the pre-game editor to make this happen and went via the add nation route, this is where I Ultimately got stuck when I tried to convert to advanced rules. Am I missing something? Can Anyone please help me out?

Exactly, Gibraltar is going to be the save for the entire fm 24 cycle for me, and if I can't seem to change this one dumb rule for my own excitement, I'm gonna have to spend another 2 weeks to find the save for me which probably won't be as good as this. I hope someone can help us change this absurdity for our enjoyment!

Hey! I found a fix for this save, here's the file, i found help with one of the FM YT Channel Discord mods, here it is Official_Gibraltar_League.fmfn

Also, i did it to 1, instead of 3, so, hope that works for you
