Assistant manager does not set individual training when given responsible back

I have seen this issue seems to be ongoing the last years, but I cannot find any solutions. There are several threads where people have the issues, but no answers..

I took over individual training, but I would like to "give it back" to my assistant. I change the responsibilities in the staff menu, but he does not set any individual training for all players. If I try to change individual training for some players an option box pops up saying that Ass Man is responsible but ask if I wanna take control of players IT, just for a week or completely etc.. But on other players no IT is set and I can change it without that box coming up. It seems like if I once have taken control over a players IT, the Ass man would not take it back.. How do I solve this?
