Odd contract / transfer rules with min length

There are some oddities in the Luxembourgish Federation's rules which I am not sure can be implemented in the advanced editor, but would be keen to know if there is a way.

These rules apply to all clubs and players, amateur ones as well:

1) Players may only change club nationally once per season, except for returning from loan to your original club

2) Players transferring internally are required to stay for 3 seasons at their new club. A loan move is still allowed.

3) However, their former club is exempt from this rule, e. g. if the player wants to return and his current club is allowing this, he may return to his old club after a year's time. This returning transfer does not "count" as a transfer and the 3-year block does not apply after this movement.

4) There is a fee to be paid to the original club in case of a "free" switch (without the releasing club's accord) at the end of the season or in January according to a complicated fee calculation mechanism involving a base value, the games played in the league and for the national team last season, the player's age and the club's divisional level. Base value [125 € summer / 175 € winter] x Divisional factor [7 for highest, 2 for lowest] x age of player x (10+2 x competitive club matches+int. matches) / 10. As amateur players are licenced as well, this applies to them as well. So like 6.000 € for a 23 yo 5th div player with no games or 105.000 € for a 30yo 1st div starting player.

5) All of this only applies for ages 23-33

6) Even for a move as in 3), with all three parties agreeing to it, a fee is to be paid according to the rule in 4), with a sliding scale of 66-50-22-16,5 % of the fee depending on the transfer time (6 m - 12 m 18 m - 2 y after the original transfer)

7) Just one international transfer per season is permitted. Newly signed international transfers are subject to the above rules in the national market.

There is also max rules for loanees and winter transfers.

So no Bosman rule? Isn't there a way to turn that off somewhere? As for the other stuff, I'd take a look around "transfer rules" and "loan rules" under the nation in advanced rules, although some of the finer points like limiting it to 23 to 33-year-olds might be impossible. As for the the international transfers, there might be options in the transfer window for that if they're not already covered in transfer rules
