This has been brought up before, and I've posted screenshots of green arrows for my staff. One point I'll add since then - from my observations, the attribute improvements after completing coaching courses are mainly in the mental area, i.e. increases in DDM. I'll also mention that your attributes as a manager zoom up far faster and higher when you do your badges. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
