Custom Cup

Trying to create the Sudani Cup, really basic 32 team affair.  18 clubs in the top division, I can get the editor to verify those & pick all 18.

When I then attempt to add any clubs from the 2nd division (Sudani Lower Leagues, 28 teams) it only ever picks 3.  

If I add the two rules at the same time, it picks 21 - so 18 from the top division, plus 3.

If I remove the top division rules, it still will only pick 3 from the second division.

Any ideas?

Set the cup up in basic rules first assigning the team numbers. That should help. This is a bug that can be rather annoying.

I've also found you can just uncheck "number of teams" in the stage, and either leave that completely blank or set a min/max. While verifying it will miss a bunch of lower division teams, but they do show up in-game and the cup is filled out

Can also be solved by filling out the Required Teams page. The game will make lower division teams extinct, if they're Required it can't do that so loads them and can then find them for cups etc. Just set the division and the minimum number of teams you need from that division for your cup.
