You need to click, scroll and click on each player individually for each instruction. Even when using the player icons, it just takes to long and too many clicks. Now, feel free to criticize my tactics yet sometimes this extremism secures my victory... I believe perhaps a hover button would be easier...maybe a "set all" option or anything in that mind...
