Two Annoying things on FM24

I am playing an FM23 import om FM24.

A) Training Schedule changes. On FM24 I have almost every 2 weeks a schedule change. Typically a Sat game moved to Sun. Which forces me to redo my training schedule. At the start of the season almost all my league games are programmed on Sat and than almost every single game changed to Sun.  Instead of doing this in one go it is done piece meal This didn't happen in previous version.  (I like to set my training schedule all in the beginning of the season and leave it with only occasionally changes, not every two weeks)

B) Unhappiness lasting more than 3 seasons in a row. If a major club is targeting a player (set as Top Target) for this long of time without placing a transfer bid apart from the very first season, something doesn't seem right.
