Custom cup issue

So, I have a cup where, after 6 knock-out rounds, the teams get split into several groups. The top teams are supposed to qualify for the quarter finals. this used to work fine but, after one of the updates from sigames, there are no teams that end up in the quarter finals after the groups are over. 

i've checked that stage 2 (quarter finals and up) waits for stage 1 (group stage) to finish

i've checked that the dates are set and there is no overlap

i've tried different ways to specify in stage 2 which teams need to qualify. 

i'm, stumped. could anyone else have a look and see if you figure out what i'm doing wrong?

Here's your issue:

Change the number of teams added to round to 8 for the Quarter Final. It was finding the teams, just not adding them to a round.

FYI you're currently getting the teams that finished 2nd/3rd in the groups for the QF. If using Get League Stage Teams the 1st placed group team is team 0, not 1. So you want Top Position 0, Bottom Position 1 to get the top 2 teams.

Alternatively you could also get the teams that finished in the qualifying places this way instead:
