League - penalties after 90 min - how?

Hello, relatively new to editing

I want to change rules in a league:

If the teams are tied after 90 minutes, they go to penalties. 3 pts for "regular win", 2 pts for "penalties" win, 1 pt. for "penalties" loss, 0 pts for "regular" loss.

Is any of this possible? If so, how?

Yes. In advanced rules if you go onto the "League Settings" tab you can set the number of points for a win, penalties win and penalties loss. Then if you click "Match Rules" you can add penalties as an option.
