Creating Cups for SEA nations but causing the AFC Champions League crashing

I recreated the Cups for SEA teams including National teams, U23 and U19. But when it comes to season 2024-2025 the game can't process through the Play-off round of the AFC Champions League (ACL). I try to fix the fixture rules but it still causes the same problem with the ACL crashing when comes to the 2027-2028 season.

I can't figure out what causing this problem with the ACL. Please take a look at my file and give me some advice. Thanks a lot.

Are you running any other files alongside this?

You haven't edited any club competitions, only internationals, you haven't done anything that could/should cause issues with the ACL. I tested your file to 2029 and the ACL ran fine every single season, no errors with it.
