rristola
As it is said in title, if a player has his one and only "home" team, that he would never leave (or, 90-95%), how can that be done in the Editor? Thanks.
rusty217
Add a future transfer for them. Set it for the distant future. There's no way to speed it up or cancel it so there would be no way for them to transfer to any other club before that date.

There isn't any 'team loyalty' attribute or mental state in the game? Hidden? IRL there are players who have stayed in one team for a long time - not (likely) in FM...? IRL there are players who have stayed in one team for a long time - not (likely) in FM...? There is a loyalty stat, which along with the ambition stat plays a role in players looking to move. Even max loyalty/low ambition can't guarantee a player will stay at a club though. They might, but there's no real way to guarantee it.
NineCloudNine
If using the editor you can also add the club as a favourite (supporter at 100) and make playing at the club a career plan. You can also add ‘does not want to play in…’ to career plans for lots of countries or clubs that might want to sign him. As well as loyalty and ambition having an effect, low controversy and high temperament will help. Having friends and preferred teammates (which you can also add in the editor) at the club also helps. As, of course, does paying them well to start regularly in their preferred role in a winning team! Edited December 29, 2023 by NineCloudNine
