Problem with tv dates

Happy holidays and good day to everyone! 

TLDR - I want to create a real PL schedule in terms of moving TV games. I tried usual TV dates changing - but rules arent being enforecd every week no matter what I did (a lot). 

So I tried making separate string for literally every TV game... At first when I tested it on Friday Nights - it worked, I think. 

Then I decided to do the same with Sat 12.30 & 17.30 and Sun 14.00 and 16.30 kick-offs... So now I have 164 items/strings in TV dates... And when I test rules - editor just crashes. When I remove them all - its fine. Why it happens? What can I do here?  

My other questions
1. Are TV dates work how they were intended? I've saw somewhere that it will be revamped in FM25. 
2. Is it possible for TV dates to always work, every matchweek (with 3pm blackout preserved)? 

3. Am I right that index 0 - is 1st matchweek and index 37 - the last, 38? 

4. Does anyone really know match types details? Like what does Premier League means there? 
5. If my match type is set to big games, will it skip, if game 'wont find big game at particular weekend'? 

6. Is order of the rules important? It says proccesed from top to bottom, so should I make rules from 0 index to 38 index, rather than what I did, by sorting as different TV slots? 
7. Does TV type matters? National or satellite? I tried both, didnt found difference. 

8. What does flag 'Pick from all group stage fjxtures'  mean? 

9. And what does flag 'Only pick for single child comp per week' mean? 

10. What does match type 'ask competition' means? 

I have some other questions, but forgot them. Answers for these would be very appreciated!

Wouldn't one line with first date 0 and last date 37 do the same thing as having 38  different entries?

I tried, but game didnt picked up games every week. Upper limit was 32 (overall number column), turning it off didnt helped either. 

I had weekends, when I had Empty Sunday, at all. Then a month later I had 2 Super Sunday games with same kick-off, like 16.30. Also had Sun 14.00 being TV game, but 16.30 isnt. 

I even had weird ones, like game have been moved to Monday, but wasnt on TV... 

I tested it with calendar til 2028 year. I was unemployed, but surely this shouldnt be a problem?
