Kuchiki
Hi, I haven't played for a while probably because I got sacked after 5 or so seasons doing a youth academy save which I found a little bit frustrating. I moved onto another project but again I found the board expectations to be a bit much so I'd like to resign and look for a job that would give me more time and patience for my project. So my main question is what determines the boards expectations? Is it ambition? Patience? Current ability of my squad? It seems to me from what I recall that there is less flexibility in negotiating the clubs objectives from previous years FM - not necessarily a bad thing in some circumstances but hopefully you can negotiate with more patient board members? phnompenhandy
I always find them inflexible in the extreme, but it could be due to my low reputation as a manager. Yes, I think club reputation is a major factor in the main objectives they set. Required playing styles is a bit of a mystery and pain in the neck, mind.
