How can I replicate/use this principles

Recommended Posts

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding Lyon while playing the game completely atributeless, relying on data, and I want to still build a DNA and a footballing Phylosophy, but I'm atrocious at tactics so I'm asking for a little help. What I want to replicate is this.

I know he wasn't really successful in real life but I really like the ideas and would like to implement in to Fm24.

This is actually the style I use, based on his Leeds side, but it works in FM.

Try this.

4231 DM Wide.

                    Sk-Su

WB- Su CD-De CD-De WB-Su

           BWM-Su DLP-De

           IF-Su SS-At IF-Su

                     AF-At

Positive

Pass Into Space, Play Out of Defence, Higest Tempo

Counter-Press, Counter, Distribute to CB's

High Block, Higher DL, Much More Pressing, Get Stuck In

I don't use any PI's or OI's

This is really attacking four :D

I'm really interesting about your defence and goals conceded. I played 424 with attacking priorities and it was the best scoring team and full chaos in defensive line

Surprisingly my defence is usually pretty strong.

I think the high press is the most effective form of defence on FM, and the back 4 and 2 holding players ensure we're never overly committed.
