will221996 Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 I'd like to create a system similar to the Spanish system, with groups(in my case geographical) containing youth teams from clubs as well as youth only teams. I've created the youth clubs and put them into child competitions with u21 division type and a parent division, but my attempt to activate it as a reserve competition in advanced rules has been unsuccessful. I have tried to reverse engineer from Spanish league rules but they use a "custom XML". Relatively experienced but somewhat dusty editor user. Thanks all for any help. rusty217 Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 (edited) On the Reserves Leagues page choose Type = Custom xml. Set the Custom Reserves Competition to whatever your competition is. Then add the rules for it as you would any other league, except there's no need to add it on the main Competitions page (doing so would duplicate it since it's already running through the Reserve Leagues page. Here's an example in case you want to see how it's done.
