Something which is clearly not that important but takes away something from the realism of the game that I recently noticed is that whenever you're managing a club and a national team and one of your own club's players played for the national team you're managing and had a blinder, the media the next day asks me if I was happy to see my player scoring and one of the options was "I was glued to the TV watching ...." Like no dude, I was on the bench cheering him on

It seems that at certain levels of the game code it doesn't differentiate these variables that the manager of both club and country are in fact the same person.
