phd_angel Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 Major one is to ask the Board to build a new stadium ("new ground"), or to purchase it from third parties ("buy ground"), and you can also ask them to grow audience capacity ("expand ground"). Then you can also ask to improve training or youth facilities. Ocasionaly you'll see a heated soil upgrade. The latter (heated soil) is decided by the Board I believe, so you may be surprised by their decisions in terms of money investment (too much money compared to your finances) or how large is the expansion (a lot or just a few new seats).
