[REQUEST] With the arrival of women's football, it is possible to play a game where we can have mixed teams.

With the arrival of women's football it would be cool to allow players to play with mixed teams.
I don't know how the feminine will be implemented (same games or different database and identical or different editor), but the idea would be cool and might interest people. EA did it in its 2024 ultimate team mode and it's pretty cool (despite slow haters).
This possibility should be extended to the editor to be able to create mixed teams pre-game.

This idea should be possible in a video game in an optional way.

Looking forward to the release of FM25 which I will buy if the girls are really in the game.

While I appreciate the sentiment behind this idea, I'm not sure how this could work in FM.

Ultimate Team has always been a football game based on fantasy. A fantasy where you can have any male or female players (active, retired or deceased) playing together. You can have Kylian Mbappé, Pelé and Sam Kerr all in the same team, and you can play against another team with those same players.

But FM is a simulation of real-life football at its core, and mixed teams aren't really a thing in real-life - at least not in senior professional football.

I understand your point of view, but I assume that we are talking about a video game and that we can do anything with it.
To begin with I don't know how they are going to put women in the games, either we can go from men to women on the same basis or they will like the games we are football separate the two and we will choose men or women at the start of his game. My desire is to allow a career game mod where we could, for example, add the two databases to allow men and women to be in the same games. This thing would be very easy if the databases were separated, we could add the females for example with the advanced database. If, on the other hand, the database is common and can be passed from men to women, allow an option to allow women to sign in men's teams.

I think it would be cool to be able to do it but without it being annoying for players who want to stay in a realistic game. In any case, I'm waiting for information from FM25 to see how they are going to integrate women into the games.

I am not sure, but I assume it will be something similar to the Standard/Real World/Your World database choice at the start of your game. The database will likely be the same and not separate, you can probably choose from Men/Women/Both as a game mode at the start of your game setup. If you choose only one gender then the opposite gender will not be included, if you choose both then you can manage both men and women in the same save, however the gameplay will likely be slower due to more players and clubs being included.

We'll see how they put the two together, but the idea of being able to do mixed would be cool.
