Actually my midfield responds well to „want you to control“ which is demanding my defenders on the other hand some of them need encouragement. But pump fist have faith is a great option if you don’t like to invest much into it. i like those things, I like to be clinical, like encouraging the youngster in a big match, ease pressure when we play away or are underdogs, demand something of the more experienced leaders.
