I wold guess that actually is impossible not to have rondo in your training schedule. IRL every youth academy and pro team I have visited uses rondo as a primary excercise in training, from U8 to 1st division. Is not even a "training focus", is just the baseline (in Latam).

In game there's no mention of it other than ball possession training.
