Provide more information about matches played at high altitude

Currently Football Manager doesn't even acknowledge when you're playing a game at high altitude in countries like Peru, even though the effects of high altitude are simulated in the game.  I'd like to see this mentioned in pre-game new articles, and coaching staff provide advice about training and tactics to deal with it.
