Makoto Nakamura
Has it really been five years since I've tried a full-on perfectionist save?! The lack of New Zealand in the OFC CL did end up making me not want to play that save. and whilst there is an updated version now I'm going to be using that. Instead I'm going to be using Forzaformia's files over in the Editors Hideaway and starting in the countries with the lowest reputation and working my way up. And as you can tell by the first five nations loaded this is going to be starting in the most obscure and far-flung places in the world so it'll be good to showcase football in these regions!

What's up with the flags for the countries, I think that looks like the flag for Yemen, Malaysia, Taiwan, and old flag of Egypt and not even sure what the final flag is? It's because these nations were made using the flags of extinct countries, that last flag being Tamil Indian and another being South Yemen but I don't think I could name the others. 7 minutes ago, BillHoudini24 said: FM can be a game of suffering, this thread will be a testament to that. Makoto Nakamura
Palau, officially the Republic of Palau, is an island country in the Micronesia subregion of Oceania in the western Pacific. The republic consists of approximately 340 islands and connects the western chain of the Caroline Islands with parts of the Federated States of Micronesia. It has a total area of 466 square kilometers (180 sq mi), making it one of the smallest countries in the world. The most populous island is Koror, home to the country's most populous city of the same name. The capital Ngerulmud is located on the largest island of Babeldaob, in Melekeok State. Palau shares maritime boundaries with international waters to the north, the Federated States of Micronesia to the east, Indonesia to the south, and the Philippines to the northwest. Sonsorol is one of the sixteen states of Palau. The inhabitants speak Sonsorolese, a local Chuukic language, and Palauan. The islands of the state of Sonsorol, together with the islands of Hatohobei, form the Southwest Islands of Palau. By area and population it is the country’s third smallest state (after Hatohobei and Kayangel.) Squad: Key Players:

Makoto Nakamura
The League: Eight clubs, I've chosen one named after a real place in Palau, the others being Aimeliik, Koror & Peleliu although there is a Kramers Bar & Restaurant also.
Makoto Nakamura
2023 Pre-Season All football is played at the Palau National Stadium in Koror. No qualms here! We're predicted up in 2nd after signing who we could from the media dream eleven.

Makoto Nakamura
July 2023 Three more wins but we can't stop conceding! We do move seven points clear but this won't matter if we lose in the playoffs.
Makoto Nakamura
August 2023 Two good away wins sees us easily qualify for the playoffs with three games left to play. A player that the staff signed for the U18's, in a position we don't use.
Makoto Nakamura
October 2023 No games in September as we move quickly on to october with another four points on the board...if we can stay unbeaten in the playoffs then we can have Palau as a one season wonder. No A rated players even at this awful level.
Makoto Nakamura
There is a new version of the OFC Champions League in these files and it means we enter in the Second Qualifying Round.
Makoto Nakamura
November 2023 We were very unlucky not to win in 90 minutes against Surangedl & Sons Company but we're through to face Tuvalu's Tofaga in the 3rd Qualifying Round. In the league we finish the league stage unbeaten and will be facing New Star in the Champions Playoff Semi Final.
Makoto Nakamura
2023 End of Season Review An easy win over Kramers in the final of the Champions playoff sees Palau completed after just the one season, I'll be staying in charge until a job opens up in the next nation, which I'm pretty sure has never appeared here before, the Falkland Islands! 2023 Best XI Subramaniam Sivachandran Ganesan Mahendran - Peter Jagan - Rajendran Ay Naveenkumar Samuel Vijayananthan - Krishnakumar Mohaanraj - Subramaniam Nanthakumar - Samuel Jeykanth Arumugam Sivachandran - Murugan Nathaneal - Subramaniam Ganesan Pillay

Makoto Nakamura
2024 Pre-Season Just the one game this pre-season, an easy win over Koror. Predicted 2nd again, will we last here for a whole season? With just five clubs in the Falklands it looks likely.

Makoto Nakamura
November & December 2024 This would usually be where the end of season update is, but not this year as we're through to the Champions League groups! Two groups of seven, six group games and top four from each group make it to the quarter finals. I think we can get something from Kwaj Rejects but we're easily the two weakest teams in the competition.
Makoto Nakamura
February 2025 A surprise win over Tiga Sport and we did manage a win over Kwaj Rejects which moves us temporarily into top four territory! Still nobody has been sacked in the Falkland Islands. Edited February 20 by Makoto Nakamura

Makoto Nakamura
2024/25 End of Season Review A surprisingly good end to the season beating AS Dragon! We will still be here for the foreseeable...there is one manager with form of P30 W2 D13 L15...and is status is only insecure. Makoto Nakamura
The Falkland Islands is an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean on the Patagonian Shelf. The principal islands are about 300 mi (480 km) east of South America's southern Patagonian coast and about 752 mi (1,210 km) from Cape Dubouzet at the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula, at a latitude of about 52°S. The archipelago, with an area of 4,700 sq mi (12,000 km2), comprises East Falkland, West Falkland, and 776 smaller islands. As a British overseas territory, the Falklands have internal self-governance, but the United Kingdom takes responsibility for their defence and foreign affairs. The capital and largest settlement is Stanley on East Falkland. The population (3,662 inhabitants in 2021) is primarily native-born Falkland Islanders, the majority of British descent. Other ethnicities include French, Gibraltarians, and Scandinavians. Immigration from the United Kingdom, the South Atlantic island of Saint Helena, and Chile has reversed a population decline. The predominant (and official) language is English. Under the British Nationality (Falkland Islands) Act 1983, Falkland Islanders are British citizens. Just the 9,183 miles! Makoto Nakamura
2025/26 Pre-Season Well we've faced three of the four opposition this season and seem to have coped well. Now we'll see if we can get a job in the tiny nation of Niue and the next nation to be added will be Nauru!
