Sport Lacost
I’ve started a new game in Feb 2024 as I’m playing in the Swedish league. Ive holidayed to check everything is ok as never really done it before and I’ve noticed that it effectively pushes youth intakes back by a year. First European youth intake was Feb/march 2025 instead of 2024. Is that correct?

But apart from that, there should be no other issues starting the game in 2024 and not 2023?

No, I often do it by starting somewhere in Scandinavia and have no issues on a long term save.

NineCloudNine
One small oddity - at least it was in FM23 - is that 2023 player of the year awards will be left blank, even if you add the 2023 winner via an editor file.
