Salaire minimum / Minimum wage

Salut tout le monde,

Je souhaite supprimer la règle concernant le salaire minimum pour joueur et staff belge bénéficiant d’un contrat à temps partiel (1.000€) d’un club semi pro.

J’ai cherché dans les règles avancées mais je n’ai rien trouvé.

Quelqu’un peut me montrer la marche à suivre svp ?

I would like to remove the rule concerning the minimum salary for Belgian players and staff benefiting from a part-time contract (€1,000) from a semi-pro club.

I found something like this at league settings - staff setting. But I haven't checked the advance rules yet, only in basic. You could try to search it in there.

It seems like it is hardcoded as it is a legal minimum wage in Belgium.

Hi there,

 

If you select a league in database, you can modify the minumum and maximum wages.

 

Database - Nation you want - League you want - Staff Policies

 

 

I don't know how it works, or if it works..not tested yet. 😢

Does not work, at least not for players. There still is a rule in Belgian competitions that says minimum wage is 12.000 a year for parttime and double that for full time (and like 96k for players from outside the EU).

I think i found a way to modify the minimum wage in your country. They do work well enough.

1st Method: Go to Database - Nation - Your country - Transfer and Contracts - Weekly Wages - Here you can set a minimum weekly wage based on the reputation of the players.

2nd Method is in Advanced Rules - Show rules for Nation ( your country ) - Transfer - Transfer Rules - Scroll down and Activate Player Wage Rules. Add minimum full time wage / minimum part-time wage You can also select for what type of player.

Please remember this wages are based on weekly wages.
