Does anyone know of a database that removes work permits for England?

I'm looking for a database so that I can play in England without work permits & sign players before they turn 18

alternatively, if anyone could point me in the right direction as to how to do it myself that would be greatly appreciated

I think I did a post on that last year after a question. Search for permit and see if something comes up.

It’s a specific screen in advanced rules so does need editing those, but since it is contained on one screen, it isn’t that hard.
