Adding a multiple customizable columns to your squad view where you could take notes

Here's my current view on the youth team where I tried to gather all important info for their development: 



But, many many info is currently missing from here. If we could add multiple custom columns there that would be fantastic and people shoudn't have to go to their own speardsheets. 

we should be able to add  custom columns for comments and we should be able to edit the information just like a note that should be displayed in the squad view like this: 




So that we could spot and see key info we add on the squad view - I think its pretty easy to develop but would make our life so much easier.
