Hi I'm from Belarus, i'm a children coach and told my story how i became a coach in my last post. Sorry if my English is bad in some moments.

I want to share ideas with community. Maybe it will be useful and interesting for somebody. So i start

BATE Borisov.  First main team is BATE Borisov. BATE is the most famous team in Belarus and they was playing in Champions League. Exellent succes for small team. 15-times Champion of Higher league. Right now they can be considered fallen giant and they can't win a championship since 2018. And in this year the club lost the chairman. He passed away. After that began bad time for BATE. They are playing with young players and right now have bad results. Every season it gets worse and worse

Dinamo Minsk. It was founded in 1927. Before BATE success, it was the most famous team. Since the independence of Belarus, the club participates in the Belarusian Premier League, having won 8 league titles and 3 Belarusian Cups. They becoming the second team, after BATE Borisov, to reach group stages of Europa League. Right now Dinamo is the best and the richest team IRL in Belarus.

Shakhter Soligorsk. The richest team in FM from Belarus. But On May 11, 2023, following a match-fixing scandal, the club was stripped of the 2022 league title and received a 30-point deduction for the following campaign, as well as an additional 20-point deduction the campaign afterwards. In FM you can start with additional 20-point. Shakhtyor Soligorsk became the champions of Belarus in 2005, 2020 and 2021, and were league runners-up six times (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2018). The team is major losers in Belarus, it has big money, but always don't live up to expectations. It's very interesting challenge in my opinion.

Dinamo Brest. In 2019, Dynamo won its first Belarusian Premier League title. The club has also won the Belarusian Cup in 2007, 2017 and 2018. Winning time were the best part of history. Then it had sugar daddy and can bought the best belarusian players. Diego Maradona came in Brest in 2018 and became chairman of the board. Right now Dinamo has bad time, bacause sugar daddy stopped sponsoring. Has development stategy eith using own young talents.

FC Maxline. It is a Belarusian football club based in Vitebsk. Named as a sposor, it is betting company. Playing in Belarusian First League but have a big potential for future wins.

FC Minsk. Winner cup 2013. One of the youngest team in the world. It is playing with youngsters. Major goal develop young players. Interesing challenge who like playing own academy.

FC Slavia Mozyr is a Belarusian football club based in Mozyr. 2-times Champion of Higher league (1996, 2000), winner cup ( 1996, 2000). After wins fall to second tier, but after some time back to Highest League. Fallen giants like as BATE, but older. Right now It has 1st place in Higher League.

For my opinion it's the most interesting teams from Belarus.
