[Suggestion] improving how game looks

1- I understand people use folders and stuff but I feel like we should be able to change each background  of section within the game

without having to add folders etc.

2- I would like to see real life stadiums. it would be so good if this could happen

3- I would like to bring back retired players and managers so I can add them to my backroom staff 

a lot of retired players/managers are no longer in database  they are on the clubs page but you can't click on their name

and see their profile.
