[Sugesstion] Team Type Regional Division Tab in Club -Competition.

Please add in Club - Competition a Youth Type Regional Division

Example for custom database is better if a U19 U18 U17 Regional Division tab.

If the youth type regional division exists, only the men's leagues are displayed and for the example U19 then the U19 competition.

Exmaple for Clubs in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania at the moment for custom database

1. German U19 Division 1 North/Norteast 
2. German U19 Division 2 Regional Div. Northeast
3. German U19 Division 3 Verbandsliga Mecklenburg Western Pomerania
4. German U19 Division 4 Landesliga Mecklenburg Western Pomerania (4)
5. German Regional Division Northeast
6. German Div. North East North
7. German Verbandsliga Mecklenburg Western Pomerania
8. German Landesliga Mecklenburg Western Pomerania (West and East)
9. German Landesklasse Mecklenburg Western Pomerania (1-4)
10. German Kreisoberliga
11. German Kreisliga
12. German Kleisklasse

If you now want to enter the U17 leagues there as U18 leagues, the list becomes increasingly full and confusing
