[Suggestion] Dynamic Rules (Dynamic Relegation in PreGame Editor)

Here are a few extremely important things for dynamic relegation rules. There should be 2x competitions for the clubs in the Regional Leagues tab, with a percentage given before each one, the total percentage should not go over 100%.

If there is 50% in field 1, field 1 applies as first. Field 2 comes into force if a team is missing in the other league and there is one team too many in field 1.

Nimbleshadow has already described something in this post and I have posted some pictures as an example.

The boundaries to the other league are not fixed in dynamic terms because the football association divides the teams according to their location

If the association has 2 leagues,  and 3 leagues is  fields 3 should also be possible, although here too only a total of 100% can be awarded. Example 50% in 1 30% in 2 and 10% in 3.
