How Do You Select The Right Databases?

Hello Everyone

Ive just started a CHILEAN save, utilising a medium database of:

Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Spain, Italy, England

This gives me access to a database of roughly 75,000 players.

I feel like there should be more players though because finding talent will be hard.

 

What databases do you select based on the team you are managing? and do you need a certain database size for a proper game?
