[Suggestion] The possibility to fold youth teams and 'B' teams' issues

Sometimes the board suggest us to create a B team. That's allright and a good game feature. What doesn't make sense is the board asking us that if we already have a B team, and this happens because our B teams is a 'different club' than ours (it shouldn't be). And because it's a different club, we don't get asked, before their games, if we want to make a player available to them.

Now, I just got to a team that has 2 B teams, the real one (a different club) and the one created afterwards (same club). This last one is pointless and should not exist and so, we should be able to fold that team or any other youth team (let's say that we don't want the U23's anymore).
