Early sighter for the permutations fans: Only one draw so far, so still the remote possibility that five out of six groups could finish 6-6-6-0. So you could get two wins, finish on six points and not even be a best third place team!

Very unlikely of course, but it means a second Germany win doesn’t absolutely guarantee them a knockout stage place tomorrow. Not unless the earlier game between Croatia and Albania has finished in a draw.

Took a deflection, couldn't adjust in time. It was so lucky for Portugal

Deserved win for Portugal in the end, Czech's were poor throughout. Bit of fortune for the Portuguese in regards to their two goals though. 

Was very satisfying when Jota's goal was chalked off for Ronaldo being offside after all the faffing about trying to get the ball just to do a nonsense celebration.

Yeah, totally deserved for Portugal overall. The Czech's had a gameplan and it looked like a masterstroke, but ultimately that same approach saw them undone. They didn't offer a consistent threat going forward and were shaky at the back.

Portugal definitely won't have it their own way against Georgia or Turkey. Those could both be great games.
