4231/424 into 3-3-1-3

Hi everyone just wanted to make a post on a rate my tactic and maybe ask for some advice/feedback on my tactic it creates a good 3-3-1-3/3-2-5/4-4-2/4-2-3-1 in/out off possession shape that has gone well but is also i think i need of a tweak somewhere because i cant get a player who brings in alot of goals i have taken the inspo of all the support roles from a legend who is O-zil to the arsenal now known as ponta de lanca 

The tactic is as follows:

My formation roles are as follows

                     GK (SKA)

FB(Supp     BPD   BPD        IWB (Att)

                         

                     RPM(Supp)      DLP (Def)

 

IW(Supp)         AM(Supp)     IW(Supp)

 

                          CF(Supp)

 

My instructions roughly are

In possession: 

Default width, short passing, Standard tempo,

Counter press, GK distribute to centre backs, and roll ball out

Out of possession:

High Defensive LOE,High Press, trigger press more often, pressing trap is trap outside.

 

Now im marseille and we just knocked psg off their perch and finally won the league after seven season 

 

I want to press high up the pitch win the ball back as soon as i lose it and play nice football not asking for much haha any help would be greatly appreciated.
