Ask half back to drop to a specific side

Right now the half back has the behaviour where he will drop into the defence line. A HB at DMCR will drop as a right centre back, while a HB at DM will drop as a central centre back.

I want the ability to ask my HB to drop into specific positions, such as a central halfback dropping as a right or left centre back. As seen in the images below, Romeu, my HB, drops as the central CB. However, I would like him to drop into the right side, to form a back 3 with Dawson in the middle as he is the weakest on the ball. I cannot do this without compromising my midfield and moving Romeu to the right, while keeping him centrally exposes my right side when building up.

would be interesting if beyond that, the hb could identify where would be better he drops to the defence, depending the D-line players position
