Playing Mbappe kind of puts this French team into perspective.

Thuram is having a solid game. Created that chance for Rabiot with amazing backheel pass. Had a good run to beat offisde trap for that shot from wide angle and won a free-kick in dangerous area.
Decent in the build up.
But it feels like the team doesn't work without Mbappe who could've done better from those situations.

Way too over-reliant on him considering their class all over the pitch.

Big Wout is the one for the 'pump balls into the 16' tactic. Zirkzee has never convinced me. I'd rather put Brobbey on.

To be fair, the Coman of this season is just as useless and (as always) only just returned from an injury and then caught a cold right after. :lol:
