FM24 Pre-Game Editor Black Screen

After changing the boolean ID for continent read_only from true to false, the editor now gets stuck on a black screen when loading. I’ve uninstalled the editor and resource archiver completely more than once and still get a black screen. Any ideas?

If you don't change the user data location in game, you need to:

1. Go to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2024\data and delete comp editor.fmf

2. Go to Steam and right-click on FM24 in your library.  Then click on Properties, and select Installed Files on the pop-up menu, and click on the Verify integrity button and wait for it to do its thing.

3. Put the editor skin in your skins folder

4. Go to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Editor 2024\Caches and delete editor.skc file.

5. Launch the Editor.
