[Discussion] PENALTY KICKS [Inspired by Thoughts from 2022 World Cup and Euro 2024]

Inspired by the top 2 players in the last Decade, the World Cup 2022, and now Euro 2024.

I have noticed a Trend led by Argentina in 2022 World Cup, and now Portugal in Euro 2024, where the Captain, and/or highest influential player takes the 1st Penalty, just to lead by example, then the rest of the team follows. This is a brilliant idea and could be implemented as follows: depending on the team personality, if the Captain scores, the rest of the team is under pressure to score, now dependent of their persona, and how they handle that pressure, (remember pressure here has an additional weight: that your highly influential captain scored), so on top of the basic weights, this weight is also factored in. If the Captain misses, the weights/odds to score change likewise, so if a player is more undetermined/media 'triggered', this player would miss because the pressure is lowered, "his Captain didn't score anyway, so all good". Of course, if Captain of this magnitude, is not selected to take the 1st Penalty, fall back to default rules. Thoughts, Critics, Opinions Welcome.
