Too many England 'fans' not supporting England

Another win, another final.

With luck this plentiful, I expect 20 teams to win next season's premier league if you can just fluke your way to overperformance over 6 or so years.

Hope the few English Anyone But England fans can get past the misery today created.

Someone missed the Slovakia game

Would you say it's harder to play against "on paper better" Italy, or "actually better" Switzerland?

Fair point

Context required, as I was sarcastically saying someone with a record of QF, SF, F, F out of 4 tournaments with a team that's usually DNQ - QF, with a very non-golden generation, evidently isn't solely lucky.

If you're saying late goals don't count, well you'll see after a few tournaments that winners often have bad games or score late goals.

Im saying it's absolutely fine to have chastised Gareth for the way England started this tournament and the performances from certain players, as well as his own in-game management. As well as praise for the way the team played yesterday and how Gareth managed the game.

Beating The Netherlands yesterday isn't some gotcha, to show Gareth is some high and migthy managerial genius

Gareth left the team and country much better than how it started.

Don't know how he'll be as a club manager, probably better like Potter in the midtable or 'smaller' clubs, but think international management is his calling. The way he turned England into a club side was what was needed.

Good luck to Howe or the poor sod that'll probably follow this up with a couple of QFs and have the hounds on him.
