Counties League

Hi all,

I was wondering whether it was possible to create a British Counties championship on FM, something akin to Cricket with players only able to play for the county they were born in or currently live?

I can create the competitions but I was wondering how I would go about only getting say Yorkshire to draw sign players from Leeds, Harrogate, Bradford etc, a bit like Bilbao only sign Basque players. Is this possible, if so how?

The only way I could see it happening is if you set each individual county up as its own country and gave them no foreign player rules. But you can't create new nations, only edit existing ones and there are only a handful of extinct nations you can use. Maybe 10 or so? Certainly not enough for all the English counties, unless you start replacing current nations for it too. But then if you don't want those counties competing in international competitions you'd have to edit those to exclude them too.
