Trying to build a realistic powerhouse in Scandinavia - Gottne IF

Hello, and welcome to yet another FM24 save from me. Unfortunately I've struggled to get stuck into a save for more than a season or two this FM cycle. Hopefully, trying to play this save as realistically as possible will give me the itch to play again.

What do I mean by realism?

• Only allowed to hire staff through job adverts or hiring previous players of the club.
• Only able to sign players that have been scouted by our staff.
• Only able to sign Swedish players until we reach the top flight.
• Building my own tactics, not using ones I've used in previous saves.

Club Objectives:

1. Gain Promotion to the top flight (3 promotions) within 10 seasons.
2. Build a successful defensive-minded tactic.
3. Prioritize the development of youth intake players.
4. Always prioritize Scandinavian players when making new signings.
5. Eventually win a European honor.
