Editor - Weekly Wage Values Question.

In the editor, in the weekly wages values after selecting a nation, can some explain how the game see these values?

EG. - England

Reputation 101-110 - Weekly Wage Value £3,000.

 

Is the £3,000 the minimum figure a player of that reputation will ask for or the average?

As far as I'm aware that's the average. Although bear in mind that the average wage, reputation, finances etc. at your club will affect wage expectations too. So if your average wage for a play based on expected playing time is over the expected amount, any new signings will expect to get paid more too.
