Social Media is a Massive part of football now maybe a feature where you decide if you have or don't have social media where if you do then you can praise players from other teams making them more likely to join you in future but to counter act sometimes you can say things that get you in trouble with your board, fans or governing body. Also if you praise a player and they reject your praise then it can effect the dressing room dynamics.

If we have social media in up and coming games i want it to make a difference in games also you have the choice to use it to help you get that player you really want or bury your head in sand and ignore it, but ignoring can mean other Ai managers attract and make your star unhappy.
