Make Youth intake exciting instead of a dissapointment

Hello SI

I Have a suggestion to make youth intakes better and more realistic.
i should be excited when i get my youth intake, Not dissapointed for my 10th time in the same save. 

 

Youth players that come in at 15 should have lower CA but Higher PA. but not always reach their PA..
15-18 players can improve alot more.

So as a example. in a intake you get 10players that are 5Star potential.
when they are 16. 7 of them have improved alot and are still 4-5Star Potential
when they are 17 4 of them have improved alot and are still 4-5Star Potential
When they are 18 maybe 1or2 made it and can start being integrated into the first team.

This way you will be more excited when you get your intake.
you will be checking in on their progress over time during the season. 
 

instead of how it is now when i play 10 season with Brest,Birmingham or what ever club and improved everything to max. got a worldclass head of youth. 
but had 0 players in my team, even as emergency backups....
