Making all league matches on neutral ground.

Yes. In competitions in general the competition rules will be set up with a home-stadium setup. Setting that to neutral should be doable.

One thing I would do in such case is add stadium rules with minimum seating and such, because otherwise you risk having Man City vs Man Utd end up in a stadium for 500.

Does it effect to get rit of home advantage?

try these

league schedule

change home stadium to neutral ask comp neutral exclude home

and in the fixture dates, try setting to neutral[ask comp neutral exclude home]

have a play around see which works best

could try also adding a stadium pool to restrict the stadiums being used

In Football Manager, fixtures at neutral venues still have a home team and an away team as far as the engine is concerned. So, whichever team is selected as the 'home side' will still have the same advantage they would have had if the fixture was played at their home ground.

I think that is impossible for a game detailed like fm.

It was confirmed by SI a few years back.

If a team is hosting a tournament (say, the World Cup) but designated as the "away" team in a particular neutral fixture, I wonder if that still applies (news items etc seem to recognize they're at "home")

I researched it and it is false. On neutral venue neither team have advantage in match engine.

Home team advantage app %8 in fm 24 it means when a team have %34 chance to win in neutral venue, it will be %42 chance home, %26 chance in away games.

Here is the experiment:
