Cheez3y Posted August 15 Share Posted August 15 I need a fresh start. The MLS save bringing back bad memories, so I deleted it. I decided to play in Portugal, which I never really did. Boavista FC is a nice challege. They start the game with a transfer ban until 01/01/2024. So no transfer at the start and only 20 decent players. Luckily we got some nice prospects in the initial intake. Also the club got no money and we are already over 700k in the red after 6 months. Rules? None. Just play. He is the only one gettin a contract. Finances are tight. Spoiler He fits perfect in our formation. Manu will get a lot of game time next season. Spoiler Spoiler We got a lot of works to do in the summer. All the big players asked to leave the club. We are to small...blabla. I cant remember the las time I had a striker scoring 30+ goals in one season. And I never got the Poacher role working. Robert Bozenik is the man of the season. Cheez3y Posted August 18 Author Share Posted August 18 OUT We lost some major players in the sommer. Malheiro, Awaziem and Onyemaechi all refused to sign new deals. And with 12 months left on their deals, I needed to sell them. We made some nice money. Spoiler IN We spent roughly 10 mio in first teamers, depths and youth. Piazon was already here, the option triggered. Taira, Samu and Simy are some nice free pick ups. Stanley and Mulbah are the first players from the national team scouting. Nice potential for cheap. Spoiler Kaique will be our main keeper in 2-3 years. He will be playing the cup games this season. Matheus Dias is a midterm solution. Nuno Moreira is now our main right winger, he can also play in the middle. Spoiler And on deadline day we finish the squad with two loanies and the Sasso replacement for next season. Cheez3y Posted August 20 Author Share Posted August 20 (edited) OUT We did some things in the winter. I was massively disappointed from Bozenik. He scored 1 league goal in 6 months. But he was moaning about a new contract every 2 weeks. I took the 10 mio from Genoa and run with it. Spoiler IN We brought in three players for the main team. Oliver is a nice looking wingback, who fits the Wide Midfielder role the best. 2,2 mio release clause is a steal. Another release clause for Rodrigo Cezar. He will be our new main AF/P. Ime Okon is a steal for 525k. 16 passing! Natural BPD. The only downside is, he wanted a 2 mio release clause. Spoiler In the summer we created a new U23 squad, so we can give a lot of youth players game time. We spent roughly 1 mio for 4 nice prospects.
