Fluid tactic

Hi everyone,

 

I've been trying to figure out if it's possible to create a fluid tactic where the players more or less have freedom in-terms of build up and chance creation. 

I've tried with players that allows to roam from position, but feels like it never works. Does anyone know if it's possible and what are some things I should look for to make it work?

Just leave the team instructions blank and then you're not asking them to do a specific thing. 

Just apply out of possession instructions.

Be more expressive might be what you're looking for. Try out some more expansive roles as well.

But yes it's very possible, especially on FM24 w/the positional play additions to the game.
