Couple of Ideas

My first idea is

1. More tools to negotiate with players, I tend to manage in the lower leagues and an option to say to someone 'come play here for a year on less money, play well and we'll sell you for a fair price' etc needs adding. Its too black and white currently. 

2. Being able to ask the chairman if they can go out and look for external investment, managing lower league sides is so draining when every request is constantly declined due to finances.

3. Realistic manager movements and player movements

4. Players attitudes and reluctance to accept any option you respond back to them with, playing as part time Weymouth and every two minutes im having squad revolts, this is not realistic for a team that train a tuesday and thursday night.

5. Lower league clubs have recently introduced a hybrid training model (Dorking do this), which isnt part time and isnt full time, I would like this added.

6. Adding things for away games, like travelling up on the day or an overnight stay.
